One of the features our travelers love most is that if your travel agent uses Sabre, your trips will automatically show up in your TripCase – you don’t have to lift a finger! But what happens if you book elsewhere? Easy – you can just forward the confirmation email to us at Trips@TripCase.com to add flights by email. We’ll automatically add the information to your account, just like that. It’s the second easiest way to enjoy TripCase and keep all of your travel details together in one easy place.
If you forward the confirmation email from the same email account that you use to login to TripCase, we’ll get it right in there. If the confirmation came to your personal inbox, but you use your work email for TripCase, that’s not a problem. Simply log into your TripCase account from your computer, click your name in the top right corner, and choose ‘Profile‘. From there you can add your personal email as a ‘secondary email’ and we’ll connect the two.
In most cases, this will work great for flights and hotels. For other trip items, it might be easier for you to manually add the information to your trip from within TripCase.
