The alarm goes off and it’s time to start the day. It’s going to be a great day! Looking at the family calendar I find myself relaxing. Who would have ever thought that today of all days would be the first day in a long time where there was not anything planned on the home front? Shriek! The kids are up and about to interrupt what was once a moment of bliss – silence. Let the day begin.
The house is soon filled with lots of chatter and commotion. “Where’s my backpack?”, “I can’t find my shoes?”, etc. Soon, my teenage son comes running down the stairs and says “Mom, I have to be at basketball at 7” which is in 15 minutes and no one is ready to leave. My preteen daughter is leaning over the balcony and says “Mom, don’t forget I have to be at soccer at 6 today”. My niece is tugging at my shirt excitedly reminding me about her pre-Kindergarten graduation tomorrow. Not to mention someone just mumbled something about staying after school for… what? Which kid was that? I make a mental note not to forget these important activities and find myself wondering when the school year is over and check out the clock to find out that only 5 minutes have passed. The flurry continues and I notice the dog sitting patiently by the door to go outside and I don’t even have to look down to know that the cat is circling around my ankles and meowing to get fed. Somehow in the midst of all of this, I need to get this new day together so that I can get out the door for work. Where are my keys? I know I just peeked at my work calendar but what time was my first meeting? Sound familiar? It sure seems like its Groundhog Day. Ha!
When I have an opportunity to travel for pleasure or business, I’m glad to be on the team that builds TripCase. TripCase simplifies my life in so many ways, it makes traveling relaxing! It’s really easy to use. My travel agency automatically sends my trip details to TripCase so I don’t need to add anything but the extras like a restaurant my friend told me about and the attraction or activity that I hope to squeeze into my trip. TripCase reminds me when my flight is departing and lets me know whether it is on time or delayed. I can open the application and show the driver the hotel address and can easily share my itinerary with my family so that they are able to know where I am and when to prepare our house to be “mom approved” for my return. Sure, TripCase can’t do everything but who doesn’t like having someone else keeping you, the busy parent, on track while you’re away?
So if your life is a crazy kind of fun life… like mine… let TripCase help you through your trip and get back to the life and the ones you love.
